Flash mobs have become a huge thing in the past few years. They have been invading the internet and have grown bigger and bigger with every new video. The typical video involves some high energy performance that gets the crowd going. Sometimes it’s giant Mortal Kombat fights that break out in the middle of a mall. Other times it’s impromptu Harlem Shake videos in a crowded plaza. Whatever is involved in the flash mob, people usually love them. It’s fun being involved in something planned out like that. While they may seem very impromptu, a lot of planning is involved in flash mobs. This one is no exception. The Smithsonian museums are not usually a place you would think that any one would be allowed to flash mob, and normally you’re right. There are so many valuable pieces of history that could be damaged or possibly stolen that the risk is far too great. When it comes to the U.S. Air Force band however, they made an exception. One of the band members sits down in a chair and starts playing, and things escalate from there. You won’t want to miss this amazing performance.
