For me, when it comes to decorating or designing a room in my house, I want it to be unique. There are so many homes and decorations that are too much alike. I love unique homes. I want mine to stand out, inspire, and show my creative side. That is what Alexey Steshak wanted to do too when he decided to redesign his bathroom, and it is nothing short of impressive. Check this out.
It all started with a vision in mind.
A simple, thick piece of wood is where he began to work on his creation.
He measured and cut out the basins.
Chiseling, carving, hammering, and sanding.
Until they looked exactly how he wanted them.
Then came the tedious work, the sanding.
A lot of sanding.
After that, he etched the design he wanted.
And sanded some more.
After the sanding came the time to water proof it.
He carefully laid the square tiles to create a beautiful mosaic.
He wanted it to be unique so the tiles were all shapes and sizes.
Slowly but surely it was starting to come together.
Just a few finishing touches and he is almost done.
And now this beautiful vanity is finally in place.
A gorgeous sink complete with unique antique faucets too.
Alex saw something beautiful out of an old piece of wood and turned it into a masterpiece. I am sure people are amazed at this DIY sink in his house and now he get’s to enjoy his work even more. Be sure to check out more of his work on his Facebook page too.
