How could someone bury a dog! I understand that dogs can sometimes get into places they don’t belong. I do not understand however, how they could have filled in this entire sink hole with sand and not noticed a dog being buried underneath it. Thankfully the owners heard her cries from underneath the porch and were able to determine where she was. I don’t know what I would have done if I had found out my dog was trapped underneath all that sand and brick. Luckily these owners kept their cool and were able to pry up the bricks and dig their buried dog out from under the sidewalk. This dog rescue had a happy ending at least, and for that we can all be thankful. It hurts me to think what would have happened to that poor dog if its owners hadn’t gotten to it in time.
