Most of us have had times in our life that we have escaped some sort of injury or even death by a minuscule margin. I know I have for sure. People describe the experience differently. Some say they have seen their life flash before their eyes. Others have said they felt nothing but panic and fear. No matter what you feel while it’s happening, the rush of adrenaline after the experience is like nothing else. The kid in the video out of the Ukraine below must have had a whole lot of adrenaline flowing through him after his seemingly boring afternoon took a sudden turn. The boy seems to be minding his own business when out of nowhere, disaster nearly snuffs out his life in an instant. Mere inches separated this kid from a whole lot of time spent in a hospital room or even worse a coffin, and him being able to walk home that day. Check out the events that unfolded that nearly took this young man’s life way to early.
The boy looks like he just got out of school and is just loitering on the side of the street on his walk home.
After a few seconds of leaning up against the fence on the street, he starts to wander his way down the sidewalk.
Fate must have decided to spare him that day. As soon as this kid gets to the other side of this pole, a BMW comes screaming in and smashes into the telephone pole which shielded the kid from the impact of the car.
The car is in pretty rough shape, and we can only guess as to what happened to the driver. The kid escapes the incident without a scratch though. Man this kid had a guardian angel or something looking out for him.

I may be doing some life affirming things after an incident like this. Situations such as this one, while unfortunate for those involved, can really make us take a look at our own lives. A near death experience is a wake up call to many, they start to reassess their priorities and think about what is really important to them. At least some good can sometimes come out of near tragedies such as this.
