Body Scrub – Mix coconut oil and coffee grounds in a bowl, then store in a mason jar. This also makes a great gift during the holidays, especially if you have someone in your life that LOVES coffee. The coffee contains caffeine which is beneficial when it comes to naturally decreasing the appearance of cellulite.

Soil Enhancer – Sprinkle coffee grounds on top of plant soil to help fertilize the plants. The grounds contain minerals such as calcium, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, copper, iron, and zinc which will help your plants blossom. You can also sprinkle the coffee grounds on a compost pile.

Sink Cleaner – Sprinkle the coffee grounds in your sink, then add a little bit of soap. Scrub them all around your sink and then rinse it off. The coffee grounds are abrasive and will help remove those tough to clean stains.

Wow, I will never be throwing my coffee grounds away again. I wonder if you can sprinkle them on the soil in your garden to help add some extra life to the soil. Either way, I am very excited that I came across this video showing us all how to reuse old coffee grounds. Remember to reuse, recycle, and reduce for the sake of our environment.
